The Bletchley Circle: San Francisco

Following the success of the gripping ITV series, The Bletchley Circle, the WWII codebreakers return for a brand new series, The Bletchley Circle: San Francisco starring Crystal Balint, Rachael Stirling, Chanelle Peloso and Julie Graham as four inspirational code-cracking geniuses. Following its run on ITV, the series is set to arrive on DVD on 27 August 2018, thanks to Acorn Media and The Bletchley Circle DVD Box Set featuring Series One and Two is also available.

Set during the exciting post-war social change in the 1950s, two of the intrepid WWII codebreakers, Jean ( Julie Graham - One of Us) and Millie (Rachael Stirling - Detectorists), who played a crucial role in ending the war, are drawn to the Pacific Coast where they meet Iris (Balint - Prison Break) and Hailey (Peloso - Level Up), their US counterparts during the war. The four women team up and are soon solving murders and high-stake crimes with their unique collection of talents.




I Vitelloni

The Godfather of iconic films such as Mean Streets, American Graffiti and Diner, Fellini's masterpiece I Vitelloni, arrives in dual edition format including its first ever UK Blu-ray version alongside the DVD and digitally on all UK platforms including Amazon, courtesy of CultFilms. Hard to find, this pivotal piece of cinema arrives in stunningly restored HD on 27 August 2018.

The original slacker film that spawned an entire genre, I Vitelloni (loosely translated as 'The Young Bucks') is the story of a group of five long-time male friends who are still coming of age in their 30s. Mostly unemployed and too old to be kids, they struggle with their uncertainties about settling down in their Italian seaside town...

Rooted in Italian neo-realism and boisterously funny, I Vitelloni holds true to Fellini's signature style with its delectable and dreamy cinema of weirdness.




The Last Warrior

Prepare for battle with action-packed, Russian epic fantasy The Last Warrior, which charges on to DVD from 4Digital Media through Sony Pictures Home Entertainment.

Described as 'Game of Thrones meets Braveheart' this violence-fuelled clash of the clans, sees fearless warriors fight to the death in a bid to save their tribe from extinction. With mind-blowing battle scenes, a shocking body count and blood and guts galore, The Last Warrior is not for the faint hearted.




The Changeling

Cited as a huge influence by renowned film-makers including Martin Scorsese and Alejandro Amenabar and lauded by horror aficionados and audiences alike, The Changeling is one of the most chilling horrors of all time and now it arrives in a brand new restored version for the first time on Blu-ray, featuring stunning newly commissioned artwork by Christopher Shy.

One of the last classic horror films to finally be released in high-definition, Peter Medak's (The Krays)The Changeling arrives as a limited edition collector's set including stunning packaging, a poster, a 40-page perfect bound booklet and a slew of newly created special features such as a commentaries, interviews and featurettes. The Changeling Limited Edition Blu-ray will be released on 20 August 2018 from Second Sight.

Movie legend Vic Edwards (Reynolds - Smokey and the Bandit, Boogie Nights) is a hard drinking, long in the tooth star whose glory days are behind him. When he's approached by a Nashville film festival to receive a Lifetime Achievement award his first instinct is to say no. But on the advice of his old buddy Sonny (Chevy Chase - National Lampoon's Vacation, Caddy Shack), he reluctantly decides to take the trip...what could possibly go wrong?




Ciao! Manhattan

Muse to Andy Warhol, actress, model, socialite and the original 'It Girl' Edie Sedgwick was a true Icon whose style still has an influence today.

The legendary Ciao! Manhattan, which sees the iconic Superstar take centre stage in her crowning - and only major role - a film that took years to make and was finally released in 1972 after her tragic death, has long been unavailable in the UK. But now, courtesy of Second Sight, the film is receiving its first ever Blu-ray release, arriving on 20 August 2018 complete with fascinating special features, including commentaries, interviews and 'the lost Ciao! Manhattan reels'.

Written and directed by Factory regulars John Palmer and David Weisman this cult film is a semi-biographical take on Sedgwick's life and captures a seminal time in history, the groundbreaking 1960s New York art scene.




Picnic at Hanging Rock

Joan Lindsay's iconic and timeless Picnic at Hanging Rock is set for its hugely anticipated TV reimagining featuring a mesmerising performance from Game of Thrones' Natalie Dormer. Following its run on BBC Two this summer, Acorn Media International is delighted to announce its release on DVD on 20 August 2018. Peter Weir's seminal, haunting big screen adaptation gained global critical acclaim following its release in 1975 and now a trailblazing new series is set to re-tell the story of the mysterious disappearance of three schoolgirls and their governess in 1900s Australia. On Valentine's Day, a group of schoolgirls from Appleyard College take a day trip to dark and brooding Hanging Rock. When three girls and their governess go missing during the picnic, the event rocks not just the school, but the whole town. Theories abound, dangerous secrets are exposed and hysteria sets in, until eventually, the lives of all involved unravel.
