Your Cheatin' Heart

John Byrne's Your Cheatin' Heart is the classic Scottish country and western series that helped make a star of Tilda Swinton. And now, 25 years after it first aired, it finally comes to DVD for the very first time thanks to Second Sight. Created by writer John Byrne, as his follow up to the acclaimed and hugely successful Tutti-Frutti, the new DVD release features stunning newly created original artwork from Byrne who is also an artist and will be released as a two-disc set on 25 May 2015. This six-part series explores the country music scene in an unsentimental portrayal of Glaswegian life and culture. Local food and wine correspondent Frank McClusky falls in love with waitress Cissi Crouch. Unfortunately for him, she's the wife of a convict, who is serving time for a crime he didn't commit. As Frank's life becomes more embroiled with Cissi's he goes on a mission to track down the guilty men.

Lambert & Stamp

Dogwoof announces the UK theatrical premiere of James D. Cooper's directorial debut LAMBERT & STAMP. The film stars Chris Stamp and Kit Lambert, and features Pete Townshend, Roger Daltrey and Terence Stamp. The film premiered at the 2014 Sundance Film Festival to wide acclaim and critical reviews and also has its North American release in April 2015 through Sony Pictures Classics. The film is a Harms/Cooper, Motocinema, Inc. production and was gorgeously photographed and directed by renowned cinematographer Cooper who also produced along with Loretta Harms and Douglas Graves. Executive producers are Loretta Harms and Mark Mullen. LAMBERT & STAMP is a thrilling non-fiction feature film that charts this creative partnership and their meteoric rise; and the cathartic and turbulent times on the road to mega stardom. Revealing insights into the complex relationship between Chris Stamp and Kit Lambert and their influence on The Who are evocatively portrayed through candid conversations with remaining band members Pete Townshend and Roger Daltrey. LAMBERT & STAMP delivers stunning rare footage from the early 1960s and London's mod scene in all its glory, along with alluring and arresting contemporary photography by James D. Cooper, bringing the emotional story to the present day. Driven by some of the most epic tracks of the 20th Century, this extraordinary film comes to UK cinemas 15 May 2015 courtesy of Dogwoof.

Moondial

The hugely popular classic BBC series, Moondial based on the best-selling book by Helen Cresswell makes its long awaited arrival, in its original unedited version, on DVD courtesy of Second Sight Films. This fantastic children's fantasy adventure first aired in 1988, with a repeat in 1990 and has been in much demand but unavailable in any format for many years, and now it comes to DVD on 4 May 2015. When tragedy strikes, 13-year-old Minty (Siri Neal - Urban Ghost Story, Sharpe's Battle) goes to stay with her Aunt Mary and discovers a magical secret within the grounds of the local old mansion. When night time comes and the light of the moon falls on a sundial, Minty is transported back in time to the turn of the century where she discovers two children, Tom and Sarah, who have been troubled by evil forces and severe cruelty. Minty must overcome the spirits and possibly the devil himself in order to save the children.

Inner Landscapes
