Precinct 19, car 2. A simple code that can hold the balance between life and death.

The hit new Canadian police drama 19-2 debuts on Spike tonight and gets a DVD release courtesy of RLJ Entertainment's Acorn Label on 21 September 2015. This powerful character study and gritty series revolves around the day-to-day life of two unwilling partners of the Montreal Police Department.

Police officers Nick Barron (Adrian Holmes - Arrow, Continuum) and Ben Chartier (Jared Keeso - Falling Skies, Godzilla) have been thrust into an unwilling partnership after the devastating shooting of Barron's last partner. Nick carries the weight of that shooting with him everyday and isn't planning on committing to the country boy who's fresh to the city anytime soon.

The Key

Drawing upon several key moments of British political history during 20th century, The Key is a BBC Scottish drama written by BAFTA winner Donna Franceschild (Takin' Over the Asylum). First broadcast in 2003, this three-part series focuses on the account of the last century of events through the eyes of one family. Starring Ronni Ancona (The Big Impression) and featuring Ron Donachie (Game of Thrones), The Key is an immensely moving story of three generations of a family struggling to make the best of what they have in difficult circumstances.

Anti-Social

Following its hugely successful theatrical release Reg Traviss' hard-hitting, thrill-ride Anti-Social makes its DVD debut along with its brand new, eclectic soundtrack, featuring never heard before material, as a free download, courtesy of Spirit Entertainment.

Grime stars Devlin and Skepta make their acting debuts in key roles in this slick film from Traviss, an established director with titles such as Joy Division and Screwed among his many feature film credits. Anti-Social comes to DVD on 14 September 2015.

Mississippi Burning

Based on one of the most notorious race-related murder cases in US history, Alan Parker's (The Commitments), multi-award winning Mississippi Burning gets its first ever UK Blu-ray release courtesy of Second Sight.

This powerful film stars Hollywood heavyweights Gene Hackman (The French Connection), Willem Dafoe (Platoon) and Frances McDormand (Fargo), and arrives in a newly restored edition with a slew of brand new special features on 14 September 2015.

When three civil rights activists go missing deep in Ku Klux Klan territory, the FBI are called in to investigate. Agents Ward (Dafoe) and Anderson (Hackman) are poles apart in their approach, one methodical and by-the-book, the other more cynical with age and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Facing an uncooperative local police force and a community too afraid to talk, their investigation sparks repercussions as they edge even closer to the truth.

World War II: The British Movietone Newsreel Years

Founded in 1929, British Movietone was the first sound newsreel service in Britain, shooting on 35 mm film and keeping the country up to date with current affairs before the age of television. To celebrate the 70th Anniversary of the end of World War II, OEG Classic Movies is delighted to announce the first ever DVD release of World War II - The British Movietone Newsreel Years Collector's Edition a major collection of war reports from 1939 - 1945. Hungry for news during World War II, people flocked to cinemas to watch news reports. Despite a shortage in film supplies, British Movietone News covered the war from the home front to overseas: from the Western Front and Occupied Paris to Africa, the Middle East and the Pacific, and featured footage of Winston Churchill, Adolf Hitler, Montgomery, Mussolini, George Formby, Gracie Fields, and many others who affected the outcome of this Second World War. Covering over sixteen hours of World War II footage, much of it unseen since the war, World War II - The British Movietone Newsreel Years Collector's Edition is a fascinating and insightful look back at this major historical event. Many of these news reels have been newly remastered and are now brought together as a stunning special edition six-disc box set; which is a testament of British spirit and humour, and will be released on 7 September 2015.

An Actor's Life For Me

An Actor's Life for Me is a British sitcom starring a stand out cast including John Gordon Sinclair (Gregory's Girl), Victor Spinetti (A Hard Day's Night) and Gina McKee (Notting Hill). Written by The Vicar of Dibley's co-writer Paul Mayhew-Archer, and based on a hit Radio 4 series, it originally aired in 1991. Robert Neilson (Sinclair) is a struggling actor, desperate to hit the big time, however unrealistic his ambitions are and never quite achieves the dizzy heights he aspires to. With the help of his incompetent agent Desmond Shaw (Spinetti), he tries to secure the romantic lead opposite Kim Basinger, attempts to play a corpse while suffering from a cold and when starring as a transvestite in a sex farce, he tries to convince his long suffering fiancée Sue Bishop's (McKee) parents that he's in The Importance of Being Ernest, with hilarious results.

Born to Run

Born to Run was first broadcast by the BBC in 1997 and includes an award-winning cast including Billie Whitelaw (Hot Fuzz), Keith Allen (Shalllow Grave), Crissy Rock (Benidorm), and Terence Rigby (Tomorrow Never Dies). This six-part drama series follows the trials and tribulations of the wealthy Flitch family. Father Burke (Rigby) has promised his son Byron (Allen) a stake in his classic car business but now insists he must work hard to earn it. The story unfolds with the turmoil of Burke's sudden illness, leading to the collapse of his marriage and a family squabble for control of his business.
