When Timothy Spall (Secrets & Lies, The Enfield Haunting) one of Britain's best-loved actors, was facing a life-threatening illness, he promised himself that if he survived, he'd take up sailing. The result is a collection of three travelogues, four episodes apiece, of his adventures - Somewhere at Sea, Back at Sea and All At Sea.

All at Sea, released on DVD 7 November courtesy of Simply Media, sees Timothy and his wife Shane sail around Rattray Head in Scotland, all the way down the North Sea coast, to their final journey up the Thames into London.

People Just Do Nothing

Throw your Ks up because, some 14 years after they made their debut on underground pirate station Kurupt FM, DJ Beats, MC Grindah and the rest of the crew are going mainstream as they arrive on DVD for the first time ever.

The spoof reality show about a West London pirate radio station has become a comedy sensation, and follows Beats and Grindah, manager Chabuddy G, Steves and Decoy as they run the station, record tracks, put on raves and deal with their daily lives and loves.

Following its run on BBC Three, BBC Two and iPlayer 'get out the way' as People Just Do Nothing Complete Series 1 - 3 hits DVD on 7 November 2016 thanks to Dazzler Media.

Six English Towns and Six More English Towns

Acclaimed architectural historian Alec Clifton-Taylor OBE presents a charming and informative foray into the history and architectural study of six small English towns of great character in Six English Towns and its sequel Six More English Towns. First broadcast on BBC Two in 1978, these documentary series are all released on DVD for the first time in the UK on 7 November 2016 thanks to Simply Media.

Six English Towns, available on DVD now, follows Clifton-Taylor to Chichester (West Sussex), Richmond (Yorkshire), Tewkesbury (Gloucestershire), Stamford (Lincolnshire), Totnes (Devon) and Ludlow (Shropshire). Venturing out in all weathers to marvel at treasures of conservation, while pausing to criticise past errors of restoration and development, the programme serves as a fascinating historical snapshot of the enduring character of each locale. The presenter and the show proved so popular two more series were commissioned.

National Treasure

Screen legends Robbie Coltrane (Cracker, Harry Potter) and Julie Walters (Indian Summers, Billy Elliot) star in National Treasure, a brand new compelling and timely drama about a beloved comedian who is arrested following the surprising allegation of sexual assault dating back to the '90s. Following its run on Channel 4 this controversial series will be released on DVD courtesy of RLJ Entertainment's Acorn Label.

Written by BAFTA-winning writer Jack Thorne (Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, This is England) and directed by BAFTA-winning director Marc Munden (The Devil's Whore, Utopia), this four-part thought provoking drama will arrive on DVD on 31 October 2016.

Paul Finchley (Coltrane) is one half of a much loved comedy double act - a cherished household name with a career that spans several decades. He's a bona fide national treasure.

Then he receives a knock at his door. Faced with an accusation of historical sexual offences, the life of this adored entertainer begins to unravel.

The Fall Series Three

Following on from the gripping climax of the last series, Gillian Anderson (The X Files) and Jamie Dornan (Fifty Shades of Grey) reprise their iconic roles as the battle between Detective Superintendent Gibson and Paul Spector reaches its chilling conclusion in Allan Cubitt's powerful psychological thriller, The Fall.

Following its broadcast on BBC Two, The Fall Series Three comes to both DVD and Blu-ray as two-disc sets on 31 October 2016 courtesy of RLJ Entertainment's Acorn Label, alongside The Fall Complete Series One to Three Box Set, also due to be available on both formats.

The Fall is a groundbreaking drama that had a nation gripped over two series as we followed the lives of two hunters - a serial killer stalking his victims and a high-powered detective superintendent on his trail. The first series was BBC Two's most watched drama in 2013 and Series two gained a series average of 3.3 million viewers, making it one of BBC Two's highest-performing dramas of 2014.

A Special Day

CultFilms presents the definitive version of A Special Day aka Una Giornata Particolare, from director Ettore Scola (Ugly, Dirty, Bad), a rarely seen masterpiece starring one of cinema's legendary couples Sophia Loren and Marcello Mastroianni (La Dolce Vita).

Set in Rome on the day of Hitler's momentous 1938 state visit to Mussolini, while the rest of the residents are at the parade, housewife Antonietta (Loren) reluctantly stays at home to do chores, only to find her mysterious gay neighbour Gabriele (Mastroianni) has also chosen to abstain from the political propaganda rally. Or was he told to stay away? Their chance meeting will change their perceptions of love, politics and life forever.

Painstakingly restored to its original specifications, the film will be available for the first time as an HD release from a 4K scan and will be released on DVD and Blu-ray on 31 October 2016. The unusual colour palette of A Special Day was specially conceived by Scola and the celebrated cinematographer Pasqualino de Santis (Death in Venice) is reinstated according to the director's instruction in this CultFilms release.

A DVD version will also be available and the film will get a limited theatrical release with details confirmed.

Two Women

Two Women aka La Ciociara from celebrated director Vittorio De Sica (The Bicycle Thieves, Umberto D) is presented for the very first time on DVD and Blu-ray in pristine HD, sourced from a restored negative, on 31 October 2016. This neo-realist classic won Sophia Loren (El Cid) a Best Actress Oscar, the first and only actor or actress to win for a foreign-language film performance.

Adapted from the eponymous novel by Alberto Moravia, Two Women tells the story of a beautiful young widow Cesira (Loren) and her twelve-year-old daughter as they struggle to survive in war ravaged Italy. In the hope that Cesira can protect her daughter from the horrors of war they leave Rome to avoid the bombings and seek refuge in rural Italy, but there's no escaping the devastating tragedy of war.

Loren also won Best Actress in Cannes for Two Women which also won a Golden Globe for Best Foreign Film on its release and also stars acclaimed actor Jean-Paul Belmondo (Breathless).
